Experience Tiny Homes is dedicated to developing 1000 Tiny Home Microvillages and Villages around the US, providing affordable housing and reducing the housing crisis that so many are experiencing around the US and we want to invite you to join us in that journey.

The following cities are where Experience Tiny Homes is focusing our efforts in terms of investing and these cities have each amended their Accessory Dwelling Unit ordinance to allow for Moveable Tiny Houses to be placed in a backyard or side yard that meets specific zoning guidelines.
This one change to the ordinance opens the door to investors looking to create affordable housing in addition to what traditional developers and cities have been doing.
Flipping houses is not new and it is not a fad With HGTV, DIY, etc. flipping houses has become a form of entertainment and with cities, counties and states adopting Tiny Home ordinances, and even IKEA is building Tiny Homes...Tiny Home purchasing is on the rise.
